How do I open and close the roof balcony?

To open your balcony window, simply turn the bottom handle of the upper window to the vertical position, and push the upper window fully open. Then push the top of the bottom window outwards, where it will lock in a vertical position.

To close your balcony window, first rotate the security locks 180°. These locks are located where the railings meet the frame, and will allow you to then pull the top of the bottom window into the room to the closed position. Then close the upper window by pulling downwards on the handle at the bottom, and turn the handle horizontally to lock it closed.
