You can even do it yourself. You're supported by a step-by-step installation video, and the upgrade can be completed within an hour. The upgrade motor is built to the same high quality and has been tested under the same harsh weather conditions as the motor in all our solar and electric roof windows.

The solar-powered upgrade motor has been designed for easy and safe installation to make it simple for you to upgrade an already installed manual roof window.
The motor is easily mounted from inside the room through the open window with no wiring needed, and our installation video will support you every step of the way.

Electric power supply (KUX 110)
Power supply for electric upgrade motor or electric exterior heat protection. The power supply is compatible with all VELUX remote controls and App controls.
The output is 24Vdc, hence it doesn't require an electrician to be installed. Compact design (94 x 94 x 44 mm) for discreet indoor wall mounting.
