I can feel draught around my window, what should I do?

All newly installed VELUX roof windows will conform to the declared air permeability class. If you are experiencing a draught coming from your new VELUX window, please contact your original installer in the first instance, or contact VELUX Customer Service by clicking below.

For windows which have been installed for several years, you may wish to check the condition and installation of the gaskets between the window and frame. These gaskets can perish over time, and this may cause them to become more rigid, and thereby allowing some air to penetrate.

If the gasket is completely perished, you will need to replace it. please contact VELUX Customer Service by clicking below.
