You can either find the 12-character MAC address (70: ee :50: xx: xx: xx) in the VELUX ACTIVE app: Settings > Home management > Gateway > MAC address or you can find the 7-character MAC address (g: xx: xx: xx) printed on the back of the gateway - the last part of the gateway serial number in the 3rd line.
