Our COVID-19 response
In line with Government guidance our offices in GB and Ireland are currently closed due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Our priority is the safety and welfare of our employees and customers. Staff are working remotely from home, allowing us to maintain a high standard of customer service. We have worked hard to ensure our standard product lead-times remain unaffected. However, you may experience delays of up to 24hrs as our delivery partners deal with certain social distancing constraints.
Our business is monitoring the situation on a daily basis, and will seek to reopen our offices in line with Government guidelines and when employee and customer safety can be ensured.
We confirm we have complied with the Government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19 by carrying out appropriate Risk Assessments, and by sharing the results with our workforce. The Risk Assessments are live documents and will be added to and updated as circumstances evolve. The current risk level is medium. We are working to keep risk as low as reasonably practical and are evaluating the level of risk on an ongoing basis as we move towards reopening.
