Pane breakagesWe issued a product warning concerning the glazing units (panes) in certain windows manufactured between 1997 and 2003. If you have experienced a pane breaking in your VELUX window, please contact us directly on 1800 509 628 and we will arrange for the broken pane to be replaced.
We apologise for any stress or inconvenience caused and we will endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
Pane Warning
If you are concerned that you may have a window with a glazing unit at risk and would like to check, please follow the link to our dedicated product warning web pages. The instructions there will help you determine if your windows glazing unit is at risk. Since cold weather is a known factor in increasing the risk of breakage, please exercise care when opening the window to read codes and, where possible, try to avoid doing so if the weather is unusually cold.
