Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of delivery. The withdrawal has to be made in written form, by phoning 01 848 8775 or by e-mail to blinds@VELUX.ie . The deadline is observed if the withdrawal has been sent to VELUX within 14 days. After having received your withdrawal, we will issue a return confirmation number and a return label including postage. Upon receiving the goods to VELUX, referring to the return confirmation number, we are obliged to refund your payment. Your refund will be made to the payment card used to purchase the goods.
The goods must always be returned in an undamaged condition and in their original and intact packaging. You are of course welcome to open the original packaging, but not to damage or dispose of it either in full or in part.
When returning goods, we kindly ask you to inform us of your order confirmation which will be your email address. This is to allow us to define the order and attend to the matter in the best possible way and without unnecessary delay.
